As one of National Agents Alliance’s newest rising stars, Bill Lampe has a lot to be proud of. Six months after joining NAA, his agency has ascended to the top ten on the company’s leader boards in both production and recruiting. And Bill shows no signs of slowing down. Born in Milwaukee and growing up in Grafton, Wisconsin, Bill became interested in working with finances. He worked as a mortgage consultant and held various sales jobs before deciding to get his insurance license. Then, on January 10, 2006, he made the decision to join NAA; a decision he has never regretted. Bill was initially attracted to the marketing and business plan of NAA. He was impressed with the plan and saw an opportunity to provide a service to the community and begin his journey toward financial freedom. Working with his wife Diane, Bill began his meteoric rise.      Bill and Diane are “very happy to be working with all the great leaders in this company” and are looking forward to “a long lasting relationship with NAA.” Together, they have discovered a freedom they never before thought possible. They “have more of a life now” and are looking to continue to expand their business. The duo advises all new recruits to “simply follow the system. Don’t add anything or change anything. If the leaders figure out a new way to do it they will let us know. In other words, only do what you are taught!” So far, his advice has been resoundingly successful. His agency continues to increase its business month after month. Currently, Bill and Diane have big plans for the future. They want to continue expanding their agency by “protecting families and having 500 agents to bring in $750K a month in production.”.” And, most important, they hope to have more agents bringing in over $100,000 a year in commissions.      Bill and Diane Lampe plugged into the training and had over 25 people at the annual convention in Dallas, Texas in January 2006. Bill and 5 other individuals submitted over $36,000 their first month with NAA and by the end of their first quarter had submitted $366,430.83. By the 2nd Quarter their team was submitting over $691,901.81!      Bill and Diane have two children. Son Brad is 19 and daughter Melissa is 17. They have already brought Brad into NAA and are enjoying watching him grow within the company. When the family is not at home with their dogs Bunker and Hogan, they enjoy traveling together. Their favorite vacation spot is Kona, Hawaii or anywhere Bill can get in a good game of golf. They are currently working on building a new house, complete with a mother-in-law suite for Diane’s mom. They hope to have it finished sometime in 2007.      As they look to the future, Bill and Diane admit to their loftiest goal: to be the agency managers who make one million dollars faster than anyone else in the company. The rate they are going, it wouldn’t surprise anyone.
