As a double major in college and National Agents Alliance′s #1 personal producer for 2006, Russell Houle goes all the way in when it comes to accomplishing his goals. Born and raised in Bristol, Connecticut; Russ attended Central Connecticut State University where he obtained degrees in Graphic Technology and Psychology.
Before joining NAA, Russ spent 18 years in sales and management. His decision to join NAA was because of the lead program and the ability to protect families.
"My decision to become a part of NAA was when I caught the vision at the 2006 National Convention. I realized the vision that the company had to offer but more importantly the ′Moral Fiber′ that came as a whole."
Russ finds that being a part of NAA is truly something bigger than he is, and that his value is more than just being a provider to his family. NAA has afforded Russ to make his dreams come true.
"My life has evolved to "a point of being". I feel fortunate to have found an avenue of true future and passion. This opportunity has surpassed my greatest expectations and I only hope I can continue to be an integral part of participating in the success of NAA."
"It′s all about activity and heart. My compassion flows sincerely with everyone I deal with. This opportunity gives me the outlet to share it with others. My dreams have become reality and for the first time in my life, I honestly feel that I can surpass my goals and dreams."

Russ advises new agents to look at their heart first. "What I mean by this is to have a value for wanting to help others first and then yourself second. This means if you do the right thing, the right things will happen to you in return."
Russ plans on becoming a true leader that is not only appreciated for the value that he brings to the organization; but also, someone that people want to be around. "I plan on being here for a long time to come and being an integral part of the organizations growth and success."
Russ and his wife, Suzanne have 2 daughters Gabriella and Gianna. Russ enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
