Born in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Kirk Falk grew up without deep seeded roots. He was forced to move all over the world as an Army child and on his own as an adult. Kirk attended college in Maryland, Spain, Germany and France.
"I didn′t earn a degree, just worldly experiences -- much better preparation for life," he said.
Before joining National Agents Alliance, Kirk worked in insurance and financial planning for 15 years. In 2004, Art Leazer recruited Kirk. In January 2005, Kirk attended the NAA National Convention during the ice storm in Atlanta. That led to his leap of faith to join forces with NAA. Kirk said he was attracted to the mutually supportive alliance of agents and NAA staff. "That alliance is unique in this industry," he said.
Kirk characterizes his success with the company as hard work coupled with a proven sales system, quality leads and the freedom to grow his own business.
"In my 20 years in the insurance industry and 15 in other business ventures before, never have I seen such an opportunity to rapidly grow a business with no up-front costs, no suit, and no commute," he said.

Kirk loves the personal relationships that he is able to make in this industry. People give him homemade food, send him photos of their pets, and call him when they need advice.
He advises new agents to maximize this opportunity! In the future, he plans to help as many people as possible to get where he is now, and by doing so, become a Master Agency Manager. "Help more people; make more money!"
Kirk and his wife Peggy have four children: Ian Falk is in the U.S. Navy and married to Sarah; Cecilia Seegel is a fashion designer and married to Chris; Patty Laut, is, as Kirk says, "a California girl;" Chris Laut is a law librarian and married to Joanne. Kirk and Peggy also have four grandchildren: Michelle Dilk, Cheyenne Riemann, John Laut and Mary Laut.
The Falks are also animal lovers! Kirk and Peggy have two dogs, Luke and Mia; a cat named Surfer; a parakeet named Ned Kelly; and a pond full of tropical fish.
Kirk and Peggy like to vacation where there′s hot weather, hot food, warm clear water, warm smiles, blue skies and cold beer! Kirk also loves to sail.
Kirk′s goals are to, "Circumnavigate the globe on T-bird with Peggy. To develop and accumulate, through hard work within the NAA business model, a Master Agency that provides the income for me to own $2,000,000 in income-producing assets by June 2011."
